This is a unique opportunity to build strong data driven growth at NL. Each team.bluebrand requires a unique approach and strategy. As Data Analyst you will therefore be translating our complex database infrastructure for each of our brands as well as advising them and other internal stakeholders on strategies for growth and development. The flexibility of the position also empowers you to get ahead of your colleagues expectations and have the answers at hand before the questions are asked! You will be working in the Analytics team. Your role is part of the bedrock of our growth and you will therefore be working with anyone and everyone who needs data, including the CEO. 

What your day will look like

Your role as Data Analyst will see you working on the following:

  • Translating complex datasets from raw data to indicators and analytical goldmines
  • Visualising data and insights effectively in dashboards and presentations
  • Advising internal clients and stakeholders on data sources, sourcing, analysis, and results
  • Creating standardized datasets that can be used as teamwide or organization wide KPI’s

What you have

You are driven and self-sufficient, capable of developing and implementing methodologies that match or exceed best practices in the field. As a Data Analyst you understand the importance of good communication, preferably in both English and Dutch. You are a problem solver and can easily understand the perspectives and challenges of various stakeholders and team members as well as develop appropriate solutions. In our dynamic work environment you develop yourself, your knowledge and your communication skills and always anticipate the needs of your team. Using the data you have empowers you to bring in fresh perspectives and new insights. As part of your role you will comfortably face challenges, operate under time constraints, and work on multiple projects with their own timelines.

  • Experience with data analysis and statistics 
  • HBO / WO niveau
  • 2+ years of work experience
