Your opportunity

At the office automation team, it is our objective to empower our colleagues to work efficient, secure and pleasant. In a growing company with 8 offices and more than 300 employees throughout the country, this requires a service-driven and practical approach.

In this role you will be the driving force behind daily work related to Office Automation. This means providing stability and structure for the team and sensible prioritization of incoming requests, ad-hoc questions etc. This is in addition to doing the work itself with your team ("meewerkend voorman").

Because you will be dealing with internal users, it is important to be customer-focused and service-oriented. An additional challenge is posed by the diversity of our systems and ongoing integration initiatives. The role requires that you are flexible and proactive in communication with stakeholders, both within the Dutch brands and (international) as a whole.

What your day will look like

Some form of stand-up / short planning session, followed by picking up the issues and deliverables for the day. You can also be requested to consult and work on bigger projects with an Office Automation component (such as mail migrations, office moves and telephone infrastructure), mainly in a supporting role.

While much of the user support you provide will be remote, we find it important that the team is visible at the various locations. Part of your role will be guarding the team’s performance in terms of the satisfaction of our internal customers when it comes to service, tooling, hardware issuance and documentation.

What you have

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • 3+ years experience in Office Automation or related IT support functions
  • You know how to support users on Windows clients and MacOS (Linux as a nice to have)
  • You have experience with Microsoft business environments (such as Active Directory, Azure, Intune and Office365)
  • You are a natural problem solver, able to quickly understand problems and identify solutions
  • Able to adapt to new processes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Conscientious & considerate, driven to deliver excellent experiences for our internal customers while maintaining a healthy balance for the team
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Experience with agile ways of working is a major plus
