Due to the internal growth, TransIP is looking for new colleague starting of the first of June. You are someone who has good communication skills and can think accurately. You know how to write your issue as well as possible with little, but with the right words. In this versatile position, you can optimally discover where your strengths lie, because you will be involved in all aspects of the customer journey. You are someone who can think well from the customer's point of view, understand when things need to be dealt with and can easily work across departments. If this describes you, then we are looking for you!

This position is for a minimum of 18 hours per week. Your working days are Saturday or Sunday and 2 evenings during the week. You can indicate which ones you prefer in your application.

What your day will look like

Through our ticket system you are the first with whom the customer contacts when they want to discuss a question, problem or idea about our services. Every problem is different: you think along with our customers, recreate error messages where necessary and quickly get to the source of the problem. Because of your perfectly fitting answers, customers do not have to ask for help again. You can translate technical features and solutions to customers, and vice versa translate an explanation from users back for our product specialists to come to a solution together. Switching between our ticket system and our social media channels is a piece of cake for you. With a good cup of coffee in front of you, you can get started with your to-dos. Where you need support, you can count on your teammates; everything to achieve the objectives. On a busy day you always go the extra mile, but you never forget that it is always about quality.

What you have

Positive and communicative. You are versatile and enjoy working as part of a team where they like to have fun when possible. Do you have a geeky tattoo on your arm, is Elon Musk as a background on your laptop, do you dream in codes and are you a PC or console gamer? Then you just belong with us! You can also manage your own time well. You will not be afraid of a steep learning curve. You see your customers as the highest priority and you not only solve the problems you encounter, but you find out what is really going on to find and implement a constructive solution.
