Your opportunity

As a finance automation specialist, you will help to automate and streamline processes in Exact (Financials, Scansys, Synergy). For a project (duration of 6 months) you’ll be responsible for the improvements in our ERP system to enable adding more entities into the system without needing to add FTE on the processing of data. You will achieve this by implementing automated flows towards Exact Financials/Scansys/Synergy and automated (standardized) outputs from Exact.

What your day will look like

Work together with multiple finance and accounting disciplines to ensure automation in the day-to-day processes. You start by mapping out the current process (as-is situation) and draw a future process to ensure smooth transition towards the new, more automated, process. Beside that you make sure that the documentation of the process is correct and readable for future changes and or additions. You will be in contact on daily basis with multiple departments outside of finance to ensure smooth linkage between the diverse systems and Exact. There is a lot of room to work stand-alone, but you also need to be in contact with different departments. During Covid-19 we are working from home, however for this position you can then work from our office in Leiden or in Deventer after lockdown has ended. 

What you have

You are fluent in Dutch and English You are a natural problem solver, able to quickly understand problems and identify solutions Able to adapt to new processes and work in a fast-paced environment Conscientious & considerate, driven to deliver excellent financial output You need to have 3+ years of experience with Exact Financials in a system administrator role. 

  • Experience with Exact is a must-have
