team.blue is seeking 👀 a Linux Engineer to join our iXL Hosting Team.

At iXL Hosting we manage web servers for our customers. We install, monitor, support and maintain the servers for the customer. In this role you'll be responsible for the servers based on the commercial of the shelf (COTS) control panels DirectAdmin and Plesk.

What your day will look like👌🏻

You set up and deliver new servers to the customer, you perform regular maintenance and resolve incidents. You work together with our first line support team to support the clients in using their machines.

The tools you'll use include r1soft backup, Icinga2 monitoring and Ansible configuration management.

What you have👍🏻

• You've got experience managing Linux servers, preferably with Apache and/or Nginx.
• MBO-4 level IT education or equivalent
• Familiar with shell scripting
