Your opportunity👋🏻 team.blue is seeking 👀 a Commercial Operations & Insights analyst to join our Team in Leiden.
In the Netherlands team.blue is made up of many brands operating in different businesses mainly domain and web hosting, virtual private servers, eCommerce hosting, managed IT services, and broadband networking solutions.
You will work directly with the Revenue Director of team.blue Netherlands (NL), and be a key 🔑 member of the commercial organization. Your main objective is to influence and support maximizing value creation in our growth agenda, with insightful and actionable analysis for our commercial organization. You play a key 🔑 role in 2 core areas.
1️⃣, take a lead initiating and coordinating/supporting key commercial programs across team.blue Netherlands.
2️⃣, you will support the commercial decision making by providing clear insightful analysis of performance drivers, gathering insights both internal/external, identifying the opportunities for growth and influencing the revenue growth agenda.
In this role you will work closely with, among others, the Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and Finance teams in NL; and also collaborate with colleagues across team.blue group head office.
What your day will look like👌🏻
Actively engage with brands and support strategic topics across the commercial organization and management team.
Be a central point across team.blue NL to actively project lead commercial growth initiatives, value improvement programs, and facilitate reporting into team.blue Group
Engage and support commercial organization leads in evaluating new market opportunities, new pricing models, business case evaluations, product and customer profitability analysis, etc.
Collaborate with brands to ideate and coordinate targeted actions to improve value of our existing customer base, via upsell and cross sell of further products and services.
Analyze, monitor, and report key commercial performance drivers across brands, that facilitate insightful evaluation and actionable analysis across the brands.
Support in the planning process, short/long term plans, annual budget and monthly reporting and forecasting.

5+ years of commercial operations and analysis/reporting/controlling experience.
Ability to manage up, down, and in all directions without express authority; building appropriate rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organisation📊
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills 🧠
You are analytically excellent and instinctively feel at home within large models and data sets and find your way around Excel effortlessly.🧮
Deep sense of accountability and the ability to own and lead programs and plans from start to finishing win. .🏁
