team.blue is seeking 👀 a Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team in Leiden.

As Accounts Payable Specialist you will ensure that incoming invoices are quickly and correctly entered and then paid. From our office in Leiden You and your three team members will liaise with colleagues and suppliers in both the Netherlands and in Europe. Together with the Purchasing Department, among others, you ensure the flawless handling of incoming invoices. You are part of an open and honest team that hears and respects each other.

What your day will look like👌🏻

Your daily work is very diverse. For example, one moment you are processing and matching incoming invoices with purchase orders in Exact and the next you are be collaborating on the monthly reports. You asnwer incoming questions immediately, match invoices and investigate any irregularities you find. You will work closely together with other teams to get to the bottom of purchase order related problems.

- Minimum of an MBO+ degree with a financial background.

- At least a PDB degree, with a preference for an MBA.

- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience within an international organization.

- Strong communication skills and professionally fluent in both Dutch and English.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

- Ideally experience with Exact.

Hybrid Working
At team.blue NL you work at home or from another workspace. Once a week you will work at our Leiden office in consultation with your team.
