We are looking for a Commercial Operations & Business Insights. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer of team.blue Netherlands (NL), and be a key member of the commercial organization. Your main objective is to influence and support maximizing value creation in our growth agenda, with insightful and actionable analysis for our commercial organization. You take a lead in coordinating/supporting key commercial programs across team.blue Netherlands. You support the commercial decision making by providing clear insightful analysis of performance drivers, gathering insights both internal/external, identifying opportunities to deliver our growth agenda. In this role you will work closely with, among others product, marketing, sales, analytics and finance teams in NL; and also collaborate with colleagues across team.blue group head office.
What your day will look like👌🏻
You take a natural interest in the business, the products, the customers, and the way everything comes together to makes us successful.
Actively project lead key commercial initiatives, customer value improvement programs, and other team.blue group wide initiatives across the Dutch brands and market.
Engage and support product, marketing and sales leads in our brands to evaluate new opportunities, margin and profitability analysis, channel performance, etc.
Collaborate with brands to ideate and coordinate targeted actions to improve value of our existing customer base, via upsell and cross sell of further products and services.
Partner with teams in product, marketing, sales, data analysts and business controlling to build structured and consistent kpi definitions and reporting sets.
Analyze, monitor, and report key commercial performance drivers across brands, and offer actionable analysis to help our brands stay on track to achieve targets.
Assist management reporting, provide management with high quality business performance information and the drivers contributing to current target.
Support in the planning process, short/long term plans, annual budget and forecasting.
What you have👍🏻
An experienced and well accomplished candidate with demonstratable experience in leading commercial programs or commercial business controlling in a subscription based recurring revenue model, preferably in SaaS/ IT/Telecom/technology industry.
Ability to manage up, down, and in all directions without express authority; building appropriate rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
You are analytically excellent and instinctively feel at home with diving into data analysis and find your way around Excel effortlessly.
Deep sense of accountability and the ability to own and lead programs and plans from start to finish.
Hybrid Working At team.blue NL you work at home or from another workspace. Once a week you will work at our Leiden office in consultation with your team. The second day at the office you can choose yourself.
