The Team
This role functions within the Product Service Unit UX/UI, working closely with Product Owners, Designers, Analysts, commercial teams, and UX Leads/Managers across different regions. It plays an essential executional and operational role in supporting the collection, organization, and application of user insights across both central platforms and localized brand implementations.
The UX Researcher ensures that research activities are carried out efficiently and consistently, enabling UX team members to focus on strategic planning and design excellence. The role is key to enabling scalable, insight-driven decision-making across the entire digital product landscape.
Your Opportunity
The UX Researcher supports our efforts to deliver user-centered digital experiences across our regional flagship brands. This role contributes to the discovery, testing, and validation of product ideas through research practices that emphasize measurable UX outcomes, including:
- Accessibility scores
- Conversion metrics
- Customer Effort Scores (CES)
This role helps operationalize UX research and performance monitoring, working closely with UX leadership, product teams, and analytics to ensure that user insight is consistently embedded in decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Support the execution of foundational and evaluative UX research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability tests, user interviews, surveys), under the guidance of UX Design Leads/Managers.
- Assist in operationalizing and maintaining tracking frameworks for UX KPIs, including:
- Accessibility scores
- Conversion rates across product journeys
- Customer Effort Scores (CES) and related satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate and contribute to the creation of monthly and-or quarterly UX/UI Excellence Reports — actively gathering, organizing, and synthesizing UX KPI insights from flagship brands to support strategic overviews developed in collaboration with UX leadership.
- Support the preparation of research findings and insights for stakeholder reviews, workshops, and design iterations.
- Help maintain and update research repositories, journey maps, personas, and other shared UX documentation.
- Facilitate alignment across product and design teams by ensuring consistent application of research practices and insights across regional units.
- Work collaboratively with data analysts and UX peers to assist in triangulating user research findings with behavioral analytics.
- Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making by ensuring UX insights are readily accessible and consistently applied.
Your Profile
- Familiarity with UX metrics and user-centered design methods.
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) .
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional team environments.
- Comfort with research and analytics tools.
