What your day will look like👌🏻

We are a leading IT company that provides cutting-edge solutions and services to our clients in various industries. We seek a Windows System Engineer to join our Internal IT Team and support our internal IT operations. As a Windows System Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Working on large infra- and software projects that align with our clear and defined road map for the next three years.
• Moving our business towards cloud-based infrastructure and building and enhancing a centralized IT landscape
• Dealing with process requests (2nd and 3rd line incidents, problems, and changes) from our internal users
• Investigating, logging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and responding to hardware/software faults
• Restoring system availability as quickly as possible and ensuring user satisfaction

What you have👍🏻

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least three years of experience as a Windows System Engineer or a similar role
• Proficient knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, PowerShell, etc.
• Experience with AV/conference software, maintenance, and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A service-minded and hands-on mentality
• Ability to work closely with others in a small team
• A passion for technical challenges and innovation

Hybrid Working
At team.blue NL you work at home or from another workspace. Once a week you will work at our Leiden office in consultation with your team. The second day at the office you can choose yourself.
