Your opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Hypernode (part of team.blue), a leading provider of Ecommerce hosting solutions specialized in Magento, Shopware, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives business growth, maximizes profitability and builds commercial momentum across the customer lifecycle.

Hypernode is a specialized managed hosting provider with full focus on e-commerce. On our hosting platform we host web shops built in Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, Sylius and Akeneo and this number is constantly expanding. We work closely with web builders and developers to provide topnotch hosting solutions for the shops they manage. Within the Benelux we are market leader and our growth ambitions now lie far beyond. We are part of team.blue, a large group of hosting and hosting-related companies that help entrepreneurs with their online presence. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and own a rigorous quarterly marketing activity plan.
• Develop initiatives to build commercial momentum across the customer lifecycle, which includes driving customer acquisition, protecting customer churn and growing value within the customer base.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Automation to drive strong lead generation, ensuring that sales teams have strong sales pipelines and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to promote and expand our Partner Program.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with the product team to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the Ecommerce, SaaS, or hosting industries.

• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and demonstrable experience in driving lead generation and sales pipeline growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
