As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will manage our strategic partner relationships with a dual focus: strengthening and growing our most important existing partners while acquiring new strategic partners that expand our market reach. You will be the driving force behind partnership growth, working at senior level to deliver mutual success and long-term value.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Service teams to maximise the value we deliver to our partners. By aligning capabilities, resources, and expertise across the business, you will ensure our partners benefit from the full strength of signetbreedband.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow relationships with our strategic partners.
- Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partners in target markets.
- Build, expand, and leverage a strong network within the connectivity and ICT sectors.
- Position signetbreedband as the partner of choice for high-value connectivity and networking solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Service to ensure partners receive maximum value from our organisation.
- Identify trends, market shifts, and joint innovation opportunities with partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage commercial outcomes at senior level.
- Consistently meet and exceed partnership growth and revenue targets.
Your Profile
- Proven track record inmanaging and growing strategic partner relationships.
- Experience in acquiring new, high-value partners in connectivity, ICT, or related industries.
- Strong network in relevant sectors and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Commercial drive combined with a partnership-first mindset.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of connectivity, network solutions, or managed services is a strong plus.
