Your Opportunity
At TransIP, we're looking for a new colleague for our Customer Support team. Do you enjoy it when friends and family come to you with their (IT) questions? Do you get excited about a complicated puzzle? Do you have a geeky tattoo on your arm? Are you a PC or console gamer? Then you belong with us!
You currently don’t have the knowledge, but you do have an affinity for IT? Then don't wait any longer, seize your opportunity and apply! Through internal training and courses, we'll teach you all the tricks of the trade. Customers will come to you with their questions. This can be done through our ticket system, by phone, or via chat. We'll explain how to best assist the customer, and you, in turn, help them with the knowledge you've just acquired.
We'll not only help you become the very best Supporter but also gladly support you in the next step in your career.
What does your day look like?
First, a cup of coffee. After analyzing yesterday's results, you'll start the day with your teammates during a stand-up meeting. Success stories will be shared, as well as lessons learned from things we shouldn't do.
So many customers, so many questions. Every day is different and brings new challenges that you'll solve for the customer with the help of your colleagues. You know exactly what the customer is looking for, which product or feature best suits their needs, and you'll advise them enthusiastically. You'll also be the link with product specialists, translating customer needs into concrete improvements in our products and processes. Don't worry, we'll teach you all this! We'll teach you, you'll teach our customers.
Our customers don't just have questions during the day. They can also use our help in the evenings and on weekends. Although your regular working days are weekdays, we may ask you to take on an evening or weekend shift. Would you prefer to work part of the weekend on a regular basis? That is also possible, we are happy to think with you about a schedule that suits you.
Your Profile
Motivation! The most important thing we expect from you is a healthy dose of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You're an unparalleled listener, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice. You'll show empathy for the customer's situation and ensure they're happy with your solution.
We'll teach you everything: How does DNS work? What is a VPS? How do I set up my email on my phone? Which of your packages best suits my needs? No prior knowledge is necessary, because you'll learn it all with us!
