Your Opportunity

Don't have the knowledge, but do have an affinity for IT? Then don't wait any longer, seize your opportunity and apply! Through internal training and courses, we'll teach you all the tricks of the trade. Customers come to you with their questions, we'll explain how best to help them, and you, in turn, help the customer with the knowledge you've just acquired. We'll not only help you become the very best Supporter but also support you in the next step in your career.

How your day will look like

From 17:30 to 00:00, you'll take over the day shift's support duties. You'll usually work from home, but sometimes you'll all enjoy a cozy evening together at the office. Together, you'll answer customer questions and discuss solutions to situations, as you can't rely on other departments working during the day. You'll be the point of contact and a face for our customers during the evenings.

Your Profile

Really, all we ask of you is a healthy dose of enthusiasm and drive, nothing more. We'll teach you everything. How does DNS work? What exactly is a VPS? How do I set up my email on my phone? You don't need any of this knowledge before working with us, but you'll gain it with us anyway.

• Available 18 hours per week in the evenings on Monday-Tuesday and Friday. Ideally, during the first month, you'll also work during the day for onboarding; this can also be done on other weekdays.
